This research for the NSW Government provides information about how COVID-19 affected the mental health of employers, supervisors and workers in 2020. The results showed:
66% of employers reported COVID-19 affected their mental health, compared with 53% of supervisors and 45% of workers.
38% of employers had time of work due to mental health, compared with 28% of supervisors and 20% of workers.
Feeling stressed/under pressure to perform and having too much work were key stressors for employers, supervisors and workers.
The survey also reported on topics such as the availability and use of mental health supports.
