How much feedback do I give?
Please give as much feedback as you can, the more we hear the better!
Explore as many pages, sections and features across the site as possible. All feedback - both positive and negative - is welcome.
Give feedback when:
- You are confused or something was hard
Something does not make sense to you, or you clicked on something and the result was not what you were expecting.
- Something seems broken
You get error messages, something is not working or you cannot find a particular option.
- Something could be improved
You feel that things could improved, you have an idea or suggestion to improve the platform.
- You liked or loved something
You love a part of the experience, or there is something that is exceeding your expectations.
Things to note
We have done our best to make the content as close to final as we can before opening the platform up for testing. However, some of the content may still be undergoing subject matter or lived experience review. Your feedback will also help us refine the content.
Organisations and resources
We are still in the process of onboarding organisations so you may find that some organisations do not have an organisation page or that your favourite resource is not on the platform yet.
If you are from an organisation that would like to be on the platform, you can find out about becoming a contributor.
How we collect and use your information
Access to any personal information we collect as part of this testing program is restricted to members of the research team only. We will only use personal information to contact you to participate in further research or clarify context of feedback submitted. If you would like to stay anonymous, you are welcome to omit your name email or any personal information that is identifiable.
