Disclosure

When someone talks about their mental health issues to the people they work with, their manager or other support person in the workplace (e.g. human resources manager). Whether someone chooses to tell others, and how they choose to do so, can depend on their relationships with the people they work with, how much the mental health issues affect their role and the amount of support they already have or may need.
