Learn about our Quality Assurance Framework
All resources in Mentally Healthy Workplaces pass through our Quality Assurance Framework, which means you can explore resources with confidence.
About our Quality Assurance Framework
Our Quality Assurance Framework has been created in collaboration and consultation with representatives of businesses, unions, academics, regulators, service providers and people with lived experience of mental ill-health.
This framework helps ensure the information you read on the platform is current, relevant and supported by evidence.
You can download our Quality Assurance Framework to learn more.
Our Quality Criteria
Our Quality Assurance Framework assesses the following areas:
- Consistent with legislation. Is the content consistent with relevant legislation associated with mental health and the workplace?
- Up to date. Has the resource been created or reviewed in the past two years?
- User centred design. Does the resource reflect the needs and preferences of the people using it?
- Content accessibility. Is the content accessible to a wide audience, including people who rely on assistive technology?
- Evidence rating. Is there evidence that the approaches outlined in the resource will work?
Assessing against the Framework
Each resource is assessed against our Quality Assurance Framework.
Contributing organisations will be asked to describe the processes or steps they have undertaken to ensure their resource meets these criteria.
If you are interested in submitting a resource to be included in the platform, visit our Contributors page for more details.
