Individuals and workers
Everyone has a role in workplace health and safety. A worker is a person who carries out work for and employer, small business or undertaking and includes: contractors, subcontractors, self-employed persons, apprentices and trainees, work experience students, labour hire and volunteers. All workers have the right to a safe and mentally healthy workplace.
