Positive emotion – feelings of pleasure, happiness, satisfaction, comfort
Engagement – being absorbed and connected to activities where we lose track of time and effort
Relationships – connections to other people
Meaning – being part of and working towards something that’s much larger than yourself
Accomplishment – success and mastery of things for their own sake.
