About this resource

Many organisations in Australia currently use forms of hybrid work that were established during COVID-19 and have grown organically. Hybrid work can deliver may benefits such as improved work–life balance, but it can also create some new challenges.

The Mentally Healthy Hybrid Work series shares insights to support organisations to thrive using hybrid work arrangements.

The two guides in the series provide:

  • an overview of 5 hybrid work models and key considerations for each to help organisations identify an approach that best suits their circumstances.
  • some overarching principles to help establish and design quality hybrid work.

2-page quick reference guides are available for each guide in the following languages: English, Arabic, Chinese simplified (Mandarin), Chinese traditional (Cantonese), Greek, Korean, Vietnamese.

The series was developed through the National Workplace Initiative.
