Business in Mind is a program developed by the University of Tasmania that helps small and medium businesses build knowledge and skills to manage mental health and stress. The first in a series of five, this 15-minute video:

  • explains how to identify common signs of mental health conditions, e.g. depression and anxiety
  • examines how these conditions can affect your business
  • gives you simple tools you can use in response.

You will hear from experts and small and medium business owners facing similar challenges.
