Business in Mind is a program developed by the University of Tasmania that helps small and medium businesses build knowledge and skills to manage mental health and stress.

The second in a series of five, this 13-minute video discusses common stressors for small and medium business owners - e.g. employees, cashflow and financial position, isolation, family commitments - and how you can manage them.
