Champions of Change Coalition

The Champions of Change initiative started in 2010, when then Sex Discrimination Commissioner Elizabeth Broderick convened a group of high profile and diverse male CEO and chairmen to increase women’s representation in leadership.

The initiative provides information and resources that can help your organisation become a champion of change. Topics include:

• gender equality
• pay equality
• gender balance
• safe and inclusive workplaces
• domestic and family violence.

In this resource, the initiative shares its insights, resources and results for others to adopt or adapt to help lead change.
