AREEA developed the Resources and Energy Industry Workforce Mental Health Framework – the first of its kind assisting employers to build and maintain mentally healthy workplaces.

The framework outlines the key elements required to create a mentally healthy workplace in the Resources and Energy Industry.

Supporting the framework is a range of activities that include a knowledge hub, webinars, industry-specific research, and tailored support for employers to address unique workplace issues.
