Model Code of Practice: Work health and safety consultation, cooperation and coordination

Employers must consult with workers on work health safety matters under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011. This model code provides guidance on how to consult, cooperate and coordinate activities with other duty holders to meet your duties.

Your jurisdiction needs to approve the model code for it to have legal effect. Check with your regulator to find out if it has been approved in your jurisdiction.
