NewAccess for Small Business Owners is a free mental health support service for small businesses provided by Beyond Blue. Small business owners and leaders can access coaching that helps them identify the signs of emotional and mental distress, and then take actions to improve their emotional and mental health:
The structured six-session program provides practical tools.
You will work with a coach who will guide you through a tailored, personal program.
You do not need a doctor’s referral or a mental health treatment plan, so you do not have to visit a doctor first.
It is available via phone or video call, Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm AEST.
