About this resource

Managers across all industries play a unique role in promoting mentally healthy workplaces. Managers are often being best placed to identify and respond to risks to mental health in their teams. 

This guide has been developed to help managers contribute to building a mentally healthy workplace in their organisation.

The resource provides information on what managers can do to support a mentally healthy workplace as a manager at:

  • the organisation level
  • the team level
  • the individual level.  

A 2-page quick reference guide is also available for this resource in the following languages: English, Arabic, Chinese simplified (Mandarin), Chinese traditional (Cantonese), Greek, Korean, Vietnamese.
